Hey Everyone!  I’ve been without a computer for the last week and haven’t been able to post at all.  It’s amazing how lost I felt not being able to get online anytime I wanted to!  It’s like forgetting your cell phone, only worse!

This is a bridal portrait session that I shot of Lauren before her wedding.  We decided not to post it online until after the actual wedding day as she didn’t trust Adam not to peak!  I think he must have been one of those kids who just couldn’t wait until Christmas actually arrived to open his presents.  Me, I’d rather have the suspense and anticipation of something to look forward to.  Otherwise it ruins the excitement for me.  My mom, on the other hand, is just like Adam.  It drives her crazy to not know and she can’t hardly rest until she’s figured it out!  But, the wedding is safely over and I can now post these for your viewing pleasure!

Lauren decided to do the session at Barclay Villa in Angier so that we’d have indoor options if the weather was bad.  It’s a great location for a shoot as there’s a lot of variety.  Here’s a sampling of some highlights from the day.  We tried to keep a balance between more traditional shots and contemporary:
