Last week I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a workshop given by David Beckstead.  For those of you who are not familiar with him, he was recently named one of the ten top wedding photographers in the country.  Just like every other aspect of life, I think it’s important with photography to be constantly learning and trying new things.  How boring it would be to always stay the same!  David’s forte is composition using lines and light to direct attention to your subject.  He challenged us to experiment with different angles to find a unique perspective.  We shot in Wilmington at the Bellamy Mansion, the Battleship Memorial and Historic Downtown Wilmington.  What an experience!  I invite you to view my favorite images that I captured that day.
